On July 27, 2023 at the 22nd Annual USGBC National Capital Region's A Midsummer Night's Green, the DCSEU received the 2023 Community Impact Award. Each year the USGBC National Captial Region awards one individual and one organization the award to honor people and partners who are advancing sustainability, resiliency, equity, health, and well-being in the National Capital Region.
